Services

Individual Counselling

Individual therapy is a one-to-one ‘talk therapy’ process that takes place in a confidential and non-judgmental environment. Personal therapy is an opportunity to explore your feelings and beliefs, and to identify aspects of your life that you would like to change. My therapeutic approach is to encourage self-awareness to help you  to recognize what changes you would like to achieve and work toward your desired goals.

Child and Adolescents Counselling

Many children and adolescents can experience problems that affect their thoughts, actions and behavior. My aim in therapy is to help young people understand their mental health. Child and Adolescent  therapy can differentiate  from adult therapy as it is tailored toward the developmental age of the child or adolescent. It is intended to provide emotional support and discover ways of managing  issues that are causing distress. My approach when working with young people includes the use of creative arts such as  play therapy, art therapy,  sand therapy, and games. These all act as a positive channel to building a trusting therapeutic relationship where children and adolescents can experience a safe space and feel accepted and heard.

Philosophy

My philosophy is to make a human connection with you through therapy. I will seek to understand the world you live in, and work with you on any issues you are experiencing in your life.
